At KitchenTech, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return and refund policy applies.

1.⁠ ⁠Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

KitchenTech reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Used or installed spare parts

Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Items returned without original packaging

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

 

3.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue

After review, we will arrange either:

A replacement, or

A refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

KitchenTech is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
